I am the First Grade teacher at Fargo-Gage Elementary. I graduated from Oklahoma Panhandle State University in 1998 and that Fall, I began my teaching career at Fargo Public Schools, which is my alma mater. The 2020-2021 school year marks the beginning of my 23^rd year of teaching. I am married to Jesse and we have two children Alexis and Jayden.  Oh, I can’t forget the other member of our family, our dog Bandit! I enjoy cooking, singing, going to my children's school events, and spending time with my family and friends. I have many favorites such as my favorite color is red,favorite food is steak and shrimp scampi, and one of my all time favorite books is The Bible. I love watching my children play sports,but also OSU Football, the Thunder, and BEARCAT Basketball!  I became a teacher because of my Kindergarten/First grade teacher Mrs. Satterlee. She is who inspired me to become the teacher I am today.
